We have a team of highly experienced factory inspectors who are able to respond quickly and efficiently to your factory inspection requirements.

For North American certification it is necessary for the factory manufacturing the product to have an IFE (Initial Factory Evaluation) or PCFI (Pre-Certification Factory Inspection). This is often a critical milestone, since only when an initial factory inspection has been successfully completed can the certification mark be applied, enabling the product to to be shipped and sold in North America. We are able to undertake these initial factory inspections at short notice if necessary.

We are authorised to undertake CCA (CENELEC Certification Agreement) factory inspections, also known as CIG 023 inspections, which are required for the N (Nemko) mark, GS (Geprüfte Sicherheit or “Tested Safety”) mark, ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification) mark and most certification marks within the Nemko Direct scheme.
